old nvidia geforce problem

hi, when I start using photoshop 2021 after about 2 minutes the notification "insant replay disabled" arrives and it is not possible to start it if not restarting the pc, how can I fix it?

 

p.s. after that photoshop message starts to be laggy

    Instant replay is part of Geforce Experience and is designed to record clips of games. I would recommend turning it off. Unless you use the PC for gaming, for the best Photoshop experience, I would recommend uninstalling it altogether and using NVidia Studio drivers without installing Geforce Experience at all.
