Question

once again, after a Ps update. the pressure sensitivity of my wacom stopped working

in the past, this was an annoyance remedied by the .txt fix.

this time, however, it's not working and the .txt fix isn't working, wacom driver updates aren't working, and checking/unchecking the "ink" box isn't working.

is there some new work-around that i'm unaware of?

    Hi Studiorobb,

We're sorry to hear about the pressure sensitivity issue, could you please let us know which exact version of Photoshop you're working on and which operating system are you using?

Have you tried reinstalling the Wacom drivers and see if it helps?

    Regards,
    Sahil

Could you please check if there are any pending windows updates?

Also, try switching off Windows Ink in the Wacom driver (just uncheck it) and forcing Photoshop to use the WinTab APIs for pen pressure.

To do that use notepad to create a text file containing a single line :

    UseSystemStylus 0

Save that text file as PSUserConfig.txt at the following location :

    C:\Users\[User Name]\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CC 2018\Adobe Photoshop CC 2018 Settings
