Opacity issue

Hello,

 

why doesn't the opacity of the layer update as I adjust the slider?

        I would test with a simple file. Then see what's different about the one that doesn't meet your expectations. That way, you may be able to pin down the reason for the slow preview updates.

          It's the same when trying to add Gaussian Blur.

          Not a chance. I've got a very strong computer, bought a couple of months ago.

           

          Plus the file size is just 1024x1024.

            As I can see it update smoothly in you navigation panel. May br that ce issue with file size and Ps memory lack.
