open error

hi, is one week that i'm trying to open photoshop but it says that there is an error and the it closes.

can you expain what i have to do, i already tried to remove all the photoshop files from the computer and disinstall it. but it didn't work

Hi @Massimo33964183apa9 does your computer meet minimum requirements to run Photoshop?

Have you uninstalled with the Creative Cloud desktop application - does it show Photoshop available for download?
