Open photoshop on Mac however its a black screen

Hi. I installed photoshop on my mac however when I open it , it is a black screen. I have attached a screenshot, can antone help please? At first it said " scratch full disk" then I deleted some things and it opened but now its black. I have memory. thanks

    I had a look at that it still didn't solve my problem. Not sure if its due to memory?
