Opening a gif into animation layers Photoshop cc 2019 HELP!

Hi I'm trying to open an animated gif into Photoshop cc 2019. This is a new update for me and I'm very used to Animation with animdessin 2 in the older version. When I go open the gif as video layers or even just try to drag the layers into Photoshop Timeline to animate and it won't open as layers. I'm just having a lot of trouble with this and I desperately need to export this animation through Photoshop for a advertisement. Please help!!!!

Hi

Just use File > Open.  A gif file opens directly as a Frame timeline not a video timeline. So each layer in the document corresponds to a frame in the timeline. It can be exported as a new gif from Photoshop.
