Opening CS5 psd files with newer versions of photoshop

I'm working on a 2015 macbook and run a small business doing graphic design with photoshop CS5 and Illustraor CS. (I know, crazay.) I need to update to a newer mac but need to be able to take 100+ template psd files with me. I understand I wont be able to run my old adobe software on the new mac, (boo,) but would I even be able to open and continue using and editing my designs with a new version of photoshop?
