Opening .epr file in Photoshop

Have a template from a lighting fixture that is a .epr file.  Trying to open in Photoshop CC, but file format isn't supported..HELP>>>>

    If Adobe Photoshop does not support that file format you would need to install a Photoshop Plug-in that does support that file format. To use those files in Photoshop.Or find some conversion program to convert the epr file into a file format that Adobe Photoshop supports.

    An epr Adobe file extension is an Adobe Media Encoder Preset not so much a template..

    By the way how does one get  a template epr file from a lighting fixture?
