opening images in photoshop they appears very noisy

Hi guys,

it's the first time it happens to me... opening images with photoshop on my new laptop the appear very very noisy... 

If I open the same image with the default windows program it's perfectly clear, the problem is with photoshp maybe some setting must be adjusted but I don't know which one...

can you hel me please?

my notebook is a ryzen 7 4800H with 16Gb Ram and Nvidia Rtx 2060 with 6GB
