options appearing on main monitor while working on secondary monitor

Whenever I apply some options, like a fill or a gradient, the option for the color picker, etc. Appears as a little pop-up window on my main monitor. I'm using a drawing-tablet which is installed as my primary monitor, and it's pretty annoying to use the mouse pad each time to get my arrow to the primary monitor to pick a color. Anyone know how to fix this?
