Organizing Brushes

Using Photoshop CC and have a fairly large collection of brushes.  I would like to organize them into folders so that if I'm retouching a face I do not have to scroll through dozens of totally unrelated brushes.  What is the best way to do this?

Is there a way to extract brush data (e.g., settings) from Photoshop into a csv file?
