Добрый вечер. Пока была у родни на каникулах в сентябре установила пробную версию, чтобы использовать её пару недель, а сейчас пришёл счет: "мы не можем списать с вас сумму и, кстати, до этого уже дважды списали". Я понимаю, что это мои проблемы, что я не слежу за картой и подписками, но никто этим фотошопом не пользовался. Можно вернуть средства? или хотя бы отменить подписку сейчас и не списывать за ноябрь?
