ould not transform or save file because of a program error. (-1)

Question

I recently updated to Photoshop 25.9.1 and I can no longer rescale (a window appears that says: It could not be transformed due to a program error.) and the worst thing is that it doesn't let me save my PSD project either, a window appears that says: Could not save “file.psd” because of a disk error (-1).

Everything was perfect until I updated the program, I already tried reinstalling, restarting, installing previous versions and nothing, can someone help me?

my OS is SONOMA 14.5

I'd also recommend checking that you're working on your local hard drive (as opposed to a networked drive or removable media):
