Paint bucket default is "bubbles"

I just installed Photoshop 2019, and finally found the Paint Bucket icon. When I did, I found that the software setting is "bubbles," which means I can't apply a solid color to an area. Everything is bubbles. I need to change it to "solid." How do I do this? Thanks!

I spoke too soon. There's a dropdown at the top that has "Patterns" and "Foreground." When I changed it to Foreground, the problem was solved.
