Paint bucket tool not showing-

Hello all-

I can't get the paint bucket to show by hovering over teh gardient tool or clicking it in any manner of ways.

Other drop down sub-menues work for other tools. 

Any advice?

Any other way I can select it?

I'm running the most up to date PS on an upt to date and new model macbook pro.
