Paper Size is wrong in the Print Dialogue Box Photoshop 2020

One of our users is having a problem in Photoshop where he selects Tabloid Oversized for the paper size, but Photoshop preview shows a larger paper size (13.33 x 20). When he prints that page, the image gets shoved down and to the right. This only occurrs in Photoshop and with a Xerox Printer, an HP Laserjet printer, and an Epson printer. His specs are: macOS 10.14.6 and Photoshop 21.2.0

I updated the print drivers, updated Photoshop CC, and as a last resort I completely uninstalled the entire Adobe CC package and re-installed it. That worked for one day and the problem re-surfaced. The user claims he is not adding any other software or making any changes.
