Parsa message and dynamiclink not found

After latest update PS2019 was installed, I started getting a message XML parsing error; 'not well formed' (invalid token) at line 1. The other day, I managed to make a movie, then the next I tried to make a movie, I got a message "dynamiclink is not found". So what is wrong?
