Particleshop Plugin installation

I purchased Particleshop Brush Plugin but it wont install on Photoshop. Even though in the Creative Cloud's "Manage Plugins" section it says installed. I am unable to see it in filters or plugins. Any suggestions?

Contact the plug-in manufacturer, only they can comment and fix this. Make sure you give them your full system info and the exact version of PS you are running.

Email bounces back from the address mentioned on the site. It's a $39.99 plugin showing compatibility with Photoshop cc 2018 - 2022.
But it wont work.
