parts of file lost

Hello everyone. I'm freaking out because I was working on a project on Photoshop CC2017, and because my Macbook Pro has a problem and sometimes restarts randomly, earlier today when Photoshop restarted, I found my file without certain progress on the file visible (parts of a layer, other layer missing). I'm not sure exactly what to do, I tried looking for the AutoRecovery folder but I can't find it (and I'm not sure if it would help).I'm really not sure what happened, I had this problem a while back with a file that disappeared completely and then reappeared as a recovered file.

Please help! I'm so sad about this.
