Password reset

When I opened Photoshop today I rec'd a notice that for security I needed to reset my password. I followed the instructions but each time I reset my password and try to open photoshop the same message appears that I need to reset my password. I've done this 3 times now and I keep getting the same message to reset my password. I'm unable to close the window without the program closing. At this point I'm unable to use the program.  What can I do to fix this?
