Paste in place not working in Photoshop.

Hello! I updated to the newest Photoshop today, and "Paste in place" from a document to another doesn't work!

I used to be able to copy stuff with command+c and paste in place with command+shift+v, now all of a sudden paste in place doesn't work, nothing happens when i press the key commands. Pasting normally works, but then it doesn't paste into the exact place where I want it.

I'm working with hand drawn animation in Photoshop, so being able to use "paste in place" is very important to me, haha!

So, does anybody know what's up?

Hope someone can help, if not then hopefully we can get the Photoshop-people to fix this! 🙂

Thanks!

Thanks a lot @JJMack !  Yes, I am a Mac user. However, it turned out that The problem was that the Keyboard shortcut didn't work in The Norwegian version!

It turned into Norwegian, my native language, when I updated. And today when I changed it over to English, which is what I always use, The keyboard shortcut works! Weird!

Anyway, thanks again!

Are you a Mac user.  On Windows 10 Shift+Win+S and select screen area and  Photoshop 2020 21.2.4 Ctrl+C and Shift+Ctrl+V work.
