Paste Profile mismatch error

I'm trying to add a watermark, to a photo, as part of my business portfolio. When I get the 'Paste Profile Mismatch' error. I have another general watermark, which i can copy and paste onto images, which works fine. I was reading through another post, about the same error, someone asked about colour settings, I've posted the colour settings for logo and photo, they're identical. 

The business logo I'm trying to add, is a jpeg file, which has words in the image, I intend to alter the logo, after pasting it onto the photo, so that only the words show on the photo, making that layer Divide or Darken. I've done this with my general watermark, and it works fine. But not the business watermark for some reason

When checking the general watermark, which works fine, I noticed its a .PNG file type. I've tried saving my business watermark, as .PNG as well (was .BMP originally), but this hasn't made a difference. 

Any ideas?
