Pasting between Photoshop and Illustrator - color difference

I have identical RGB color setting sin both applications

 

When I copy an object in illustrato and paste into PS, the color is ever so slightly different when checking it with the eye dropper tool

 

Why? if both applications have identical color settings.

And this RGB document has an embedded ICC profile? Your color settings are such that pasting from one color space to another, the policies are set for Preserve Color Apparence (not Preserve Color Numbers)?
