Path issue

While drawing a path… I was using the rotate tool and while trying to use the magnify tool the path disappeared. I noticed that at certain angles and different percentages of zooming in the path would appear and disappear.

Photoshop version 23.0.1

MacOS Big Sur 11.6.1

Can you tell if it's specific zoom percentages if you look down at the bottom left of the document window?
