Pattern Fill Number Entry Cursor Odd Behaviour

Windows 10 Home v22H2

Basics steps to reproduce problem: simple rectangle (any shape) - select pattern fill from properties panel - edit scale/angle using the number entry boxes

Expected result is for the numbers to be as typed.

Actual result is the numbers reverse as the cursor jumps to the far left after each key press.

Problem only started after the update to v25.
