I downloaded Adobe Photoshop and subscribed. The money was withdrawn and I wanted to issue a refund, but the payment history did not appear on my account, although a letter was sent to the email address of this account regarding the subscription payment. can u help me with this.

This is a user forum, questions are mainly answered by other users not Adobe staff. We have no access to accounts. You will need to contact Adobe directly for account issues.
