PC crashes when using Enhance in Camera Raw and Neural Filters in Photoshop

Question

I want to try the new Super Resolution.

When I open a CR2 file in Photoshop, Camera Raw works fine.

But if I choose Enhance the PC crashes completely and restarts.

Everything is up to date.

Windows 10 Pro version 2004 build 19041,867

Photoshop 22.3

Camera Raw 13.2

The same problem occurs when I want to use Neural Filters. (and this is already for several months)

This is most likely a buggy video driver.

Check your GPU settings in ACR preferences before and after the crash. Is it fully enabled, including "use GPU for image processing"?

Enhance/super resolution doesn't run exclusively in the GPU, but it does rely heavily on GPU acceleration.

All that said, there are some GPU-related bugs in the Photoshop 22.3 update. That shouldn't affect ACR, but who knows.
