Pc for ps/lr only

Question

Hiim completely amature and wanna invest some money for new build. Absolutely. That should handle anything you can throw at it with flying colors.

The only thing I would reconsider is the Windows edition. With "pro" instead of "home", you can schedule and control when to run Windows updates. With the home edition, you get these random forced restarts when you least need them. There are other things mostly about networking, but forced updates is a deal breaker for me.
