Pen pressure fails in new Photoshop 2019

I updated to the new Photoshop version (2019), but now my pen pressure is not working anymore.

Already re-installed my Wacom driver, graphic driver, copied the PsUserConfig file and looked at the Window-ink button.

It all doesn't seem to work...

Please help me out?!

Have you tried using your Wacom pen.  I see that warning till I use my pen the first time in the current Photoshop session. Are you sure your PSUserConfig.txt is in the correct location, for your User ID.

Did you uncheck use widows INK in the Wacom preferences for Windows  PC Photoshop

yes unfortunately I already tried...nothing happend
