Pen pressure isn't working anymore?

Hello,

Recently my tablet started to loose it's pen pressure or it just seems like it does. This happened about 2 days ago when I noticed my strokes were all the same. I fixed it by restarting my PC but when it happened again today. It didn't fix by restarting. I have the newest driver from the 09.02.2017 downloaded and I searched for a solution already but I can't seem to find one which is able to help me. I don't think my tablet is damaged either since at the settings of how sensible my pen pressure should be, it does go up and down when i press harder and lighter.

Does anyone know how to fix this?
