Pen Pressure not working anymore (UGEE-1910B)

After a new update, my Photoshop stopped sensing my UGEE Tablet settings. I no longer can use the buttons on my pen and use the pen pressure. The pen pressure sensitivity issue is the biggest problem for me. I know my UGEE drivers are updated and work fine because I am able to open other drawing softwares and my pen pressure works just fine.

What action resulted in the loss of Pen Pressure?

Was it when you installed CC2019?

If you are using a Windows system, are you using the WinTab API?

You probably won't be able to turn off Windows Ink with a UGEE tablet, but you can still set up the PSUserConfig.tex file.

Yes, It was after an update. It used to work fine before. I do use Windows 8 but I have no idea if Im using WinTab API.

How can I check that? Furthermore, where can I set up a PSUserConfig.tex file and how?
