Pen Pressure not working, warning sign. On Windows 10

Hi

 I have just tried to work on a PC for the first time and the brush pen pressure has a triangle warning sign next to it.

 I've tried so many things:

  • The  Pressure sensitivty icon in the application bar for the brushes is pressed on.

  • I've turned off Windows ink in the Wacom tablet settings, for all and for Photoshop.

  • I created a PSUserConfigs.txt file that has UseSystemStylus 0 and put it into the settings folder.

  • I've used all of the USB ports.

 When I go back to my old mac it works fine.

 I've tried so many things now I am reaching out as I need to tranfer over to the new PC.

Any help is much appreccited.
