Pen/tablet issue 25.11.0 not able to grab sliders

Hello,

I am on win 11 pro64 and on the 25.11.0 release

I can confirm I have some of the mixer brush issues but not the healing brush issues.

But reason for this post. when using a pen and for instance just the brush tool

when I try and grab a slider it does not work (and actualy it starts painting on the interface

where I am trying to drag a slider)

When I grab a mouse to try and get out of dialog box. It closes and paint strokes are gone.

Also in like the levels dialog box.

Again it will not let me grab slider (and here instead of painting or what have you it is highlighting

the number field and I can't do anything but get out and start over)

I can use the scrubby slider instead of the slider with the pen and that works.

and using the mouse no issues.

But having the isuue with other tools as well when trying to move a slider or dialog box with the

pen and tablet.

I did just update tablet driver to check that.

But also could be a xenslabs issue as I have had a ton of problems for the year or 2 I have had it.                but may be just a pen and tablet issue in general.

I did just say the heck with it and have a new wacom intous pro medium comming tomorow

So i will delete all my tablets and drivers etc and then see how new wacom works.

And yes I have had wacom intous pro's before and realize all pen and tablets have some issues

now and then.

Hello, Like I replied below

I have gotten rid of the Xencelabs tablet

And replaced with a Wacom Intous Pro Med

And all the pen and tablet issues are fixed.

Thanks to all who looked.

Nope, you're totally right, and I get it. I was looking for the build of your OS version, though I forgot to mention "build" in my response. That's my bad.

I did miss the part where you mentioned the Xencelabs Tablet. Sorry about that. Glad to hear the Wacom is working though!

Hello CMass,

Thank's for the reply. And no disrespect (because I have noticed this everywhere, if you do not have all info in the first sentence people don't get the rest. In like I can never ask anyone, a 2 or 3 part question etc.)

But as to the issue    It had nothing to do with Wacom

Year or 2 ago I got a Xencelabs tablet (issue after issue with next to no fixes from support, keys died almost from get go)

And after getting latest driver for it and still messed up.

I just replaced it with a Wacom Intous Pro Med.

And all is right with the world and no more issues as far as pen and tablet.

I am going to reply to my first post as well

Thank's for looking.

Hey @James Schei

We appreciate you took the time to share the details of your issue. Have you had a chance to contact Wacom about this issue to see if they have any similar reports?

Once you have your new Wacom device set up and running, please let us know if the problem persists.

For further investigation, we would need some additional information:

  1. The versions of your Operating System and Wacom firmware.
  2. A screenshot of your setup/preferences.
  3. A video capturing the issue for our team to review.

We look forward to your response. Enjoy your day!

Best, ^CM
