Pen tool creates fill outside area. Plz help

Im using PS CC, just switched from a older version.

When I use pen tool to create a shape n select fill path, it fills outside the path not inside like should do.

Anybody know why n how to fix this?

Sounds like you have Path Operation set to Subtract, or something other than combine

Thx. It was but I also had paths selected instead of shapes. I was just so used to using paths in my last copy of PS. Thx alot
