Pen tool in Photoshop problem

Hi ! I dont understand what I am doing wrong .. I have used the pentool before .. but now its behaving strange .. Perhaps  some settings is wrong ?? the the mold tool ( dont know if the name is right ) works fine ... But the Pen tool when I am suppose  to fill a shape , the color dont gets inside the shape I have done , but outside instead ... What ???
