pen tool not working in paths

I'm trying to draw a path using my pen tool and it's not working... the lines aren't showing at all. I've tried uninstalling and re installing photoshop but it's still doing it. Is anyone else having this problem? Do you know how I can contact Adobe to fix this glitch asap? Thanks! : )

You can use the workaround from @c.pfaffenbichler or revert to 22.2 until Adobe fixes this 22.3 bug. To contact Adobe, add to this thread for the product developers on the feedback forum:

        Sounds like a known bug on which there have been numerous threads … 

         

        The work-around is to maintain a Work Path when working on named Paths.

            Which version of Photoshop and OS?

            Have you been able to use the Pen tool successfully previously?

            A screenshot of your settings might help.

              Hello yes I've been able to use it before successfully... looks like it's some kind of bug which I have to get fixed ... Thank you for your help : )
