Pentool is not visible to click it is hiding in Photoshop CC 2018 19.1.2 Release

I have update Photoshop CC 2018 19.1.2 latest release, in this version i am unable to click pentool it is in hide, when i opened photoshop using run as administrator this pentool option is unhide then i can able to click, but why its now showing in normal user loging it was working fine in previous version. Please kindly help us anyone.

    Hi utkarshr70739806,

    As you've mentioned that the Pen tool is not visible in Photoshop while you're working in a standard user account. Could you please check that it is not added to the "extra tools" in Photoshop toolbar? Please refer this article Tools missing from the toolbar Photoshop CC 2015 and let us know how it goes.

    Click on the ... at the bottom of your tool bar to edit
