Perfomance bug in latest version of Adobe Photoshop 2022

I recently updated Photoshop to V.2022 and its working too slow. Its stuck when i open any image in Photoshop.

See attached screenshot. I drop a Chair image in Photoshop and its stuck there. Need help to fix this bug.

Legend

Go to Preferences > Technology Previews... and check "Disable Native Canvas" - then restart Photoshop. Does the problem still occur?
