I know how colored x rays and colored night vision works but can it be possible to perform it on raw images and videos? I will need to Combine Cathode and Anode of a preference distance with its small Pixels and accurate energy resolution on the raw image and video with real colored night vision effect to reveal whats behind the walls and things like that on the image and video. If photoshop cant do this is there another more stronger software that can do this? I saw an article where theres a software called ARiX RAD you can Google it but I'm not sure if that software can perform an xray on raw picture and video

Can you post the material you are referring to (or lores versions or screenshots of the image/s).

AriX RAD is hardware not just software. Whilst Photoshop has the facility to combine sliced images from scans to build up a 3D volume model (broken in CC2019 but works in CC2018) that still depends on actual sliced images taken with suitable hardware. There is no software that can reveal what is "behind" a single layer image or Raw file, the data is not captured to do that.

If photoshop and software cant do this what should I do to reveal what's behind the wall on the raw image I need to talk to someone about the science of photoshop/photo and video editing to see the possibilities

Are you really talking about one conventional photograph?

Then what gives you the idea that the photograph would contain information that would not be visible to a human observer in the same position as the camera?

Maybe I misunderstand but what exactly do you mean by

to reveal whats behind the walls and things like that on the image and video.

    ?

Software cannot really reveal what’s behind a wall (unless it’s made of translucent paper or similar and the lighting’s right, I guess) in one image.

There is an anecdote (or maybe it was a joke) about a customer asking an image editor to remove the hat a person was wearing in an image.

When the editor asked which hair/cut they should insert the customer was astonished because they expected the hair to just appear when the that was removed.
