"Permission may be requried" issue on student account

Question

I recently purchased a student creative cloud account with my school email. I'm trying to download the apps onto my personal computer (don't have a school computer) and it's saying "permission may be required" and that I need to purchase the apps. How do I adjust it to have permisson? I'm paying for the full membership and am not able to use any of the apps I need.
