Personal Shortcuts in Photoshop stop working

Question

I use to choose personal keyboard shortcuts for some actions I use often, such as

rotate 180° = command+ò

forward-forward-forward = command+y.

back-back-back = command + z

I need to memorize a shortcut for BRUSH BIGGER and BRUSH SMALLER.

I do choose two shortcuts. They work very well for some time, then suddenly no more.

It happens maybe everytime I change or reset the work area (why these two shortcuts only, not the other ones)?

How do I fix these shotcuts for all the different settings? maybe the combination I choose is not recommended? (uppercase + < and uppercase + >)

When you created your workspace did you save the keyboard shortcuts with it? If so, then resetting the workspace will also reset your shortcuts to the state they were in when you created the workspace. That could explain why some are beind kept but later additions are being reset.
