Perspective Control In PS 7 - Filter Source?

I am a long-time but very pedestrian user of PS 7 (it's all I need).  At one time I had and used a plug-in for perspective control, but have reloaded PS 7 several times since and no longer have a perspective filter.

Have Googled for a free perspective add-on, but haven't found anything.  Does anyone know where to download one?

Thanks, I think it does work.  I installed it, and it seems to be active.  I played with it a little, but will have to figure out exactly how it is used.

Photoshop 7 is ancient.  After 12 years, I think it's fair to say that add-ons for that product are long gone.

Photoshop Elements has built-in perspective controls.  It's also a step up from what you're using currently but without the advanced Photoshop learning curve.
