Perspective deformation doesn't work

The option is not available use graphics processor to accelerate computation photoshop, And because of this, the perspective warp function does not work PhotoShop 2020. There is also Photoshop Cs6 and there is a parame available there use graphics processor to accelerate computation But there is no perspective deformation function. What should I do? I was advised to run Photoshop in high-performance mode, but I don't have this feature in my laptop. I3 m370, GT420M 1GB, 2GB of RAM. WINDOWS 7. According to the characteristics, perspective deformation should work.

Even for CC2020 (v21) your system looks underpowered.

The GPU system requirements at that time were nVidia GeForce GTX 1050 or equivalent; nVidia GeForce GTX 1660 or Quadro T1000 is recommended.

You could try updating drivers (both NVidia and Intel), then ensure that any integrated graphics are turned off so that Photoshop uses the GT420M
