Perspective warp tool in PS 23.0

When i want to use the perspective warp tool and tap on the object to warp it instantly closes photoshop and stops working. This was not happening until i updated it. I downloaded the previous version again and now the same thing happens in that version as well. Does anyone know how to fix it?
