Photo Restoration scripting doesn't work

I have posted help, but I think this is now a bug.

PS 24.1 on Mac OS 11.7.2

 

My goal is to automate Photo Restoration (PR) with some basic settings to run on a batch of pictures.

I can get Colorize to batch process, but even clicking on the action I have setup for PR nothing actually processes. It will "run" and then close, but not actually do anything. Other Neural filters work, but this one doesn't (maybe because of the beta, but I can't find any doc to say this won't work or isn't supported yet).

    I'm also having same issue; I purchased photoshop to be able to batch automate with neural filters (in specific photo restoration) however this does not work. Please advise or I have no choice but to ask for refund.

    In the future you may want to avail yourself of the free trial to determine if an application actually does what you want it to.

      I'm having the exact same issue.  I also found that other Neural filters work, but not Photo Restoration.  Oddly, when trying to process a folder of images, the only photo that showed the effects of the Photo Restoration was the one I originally set up the script with.

      It may help if we could see your Photoshop System Info. Launch Photoshop, and select Help >System Info...and copy/paste the text in a reply.
