photo Shop (Ipad) keeps getting stuck on subscription wall and freezing when I hit restore purchases

I've been having this issue for awhile now. I use Photoshop for Ipad. My subscription doesn't end until the 31st... but since two weeks ago, I've been getting this subscription page to pop up asking me to subscribe to annually or monthly plans. I found out if I hit "restore purchase" at the bottom of the page, I could go on and use photoshop normally. 

Well... this no longer works. I hit restore purchase now, and it gives me a message saying my subscription was restored... but it's just stuck on a blank screen now. Photoshop is unuseable now! I exit and try again... and I get the same result. I'm frustrated cause I use Photoshop for school... but it seems like I might have to get extension for my homework if this but keeps up... Any tips to resolve this? Even if I hit resubcribe to monthly, it just says I'm already subscribbed and my subscription doesn't run out till the 31st. It reverst me to that blank page again. Downloading and reinstalling... logging out and logging back in does not help. I even updated my ipad and nothing...  😕😕
