Photo shop not seeing my Sandisk card reader

Please I need dome insight into this issue. I have a couple of systems, desktop and laptop, the problem I am having is that the Photoshop is not seeing the CF card reader, this is true on both systems.

 

Running Win 10 on both systems, plenty of memory, been thtough the systems to check for any virus or malware issues... efverything looks good.

 

Any help will be appreacheted.

    Have you confirmed that you can use the card reader with another program?

    I am not sure if that is even possible with Photoshop, but you can do it with Bridge.
