Photomerge broken in latest update?

I'm trying to do the same Photomerge techniques to create high res panoramic images I've used many times in the past and now photoshop will only load 1 image and then hangs up. Any ideas? Did something change in the latest update? How do I revert to an older version of CC?

to revert to an older CC version, go into your Creative Cloud application, click on the drop-down menu next to "Open", choose "Manage" and then choose "Other Versions". You'll be able to access older versions there.

Also, are you coming from Bridge? Lightroom or directly inside of Photoshop?

I tried both. So I think I found a work around. I've done this a number of times before with the exact same machine and setup, the only change being an update to Photoshop. I have a 4K monitor and as I was mashing buttons to try to get it to respond (the official way to do it lol) I sort of accidentally took photoshop out of full screen mode and it worked. So.. that's weird but at least I got the panorama done and delivered to the client.
