Photoshop
My photoshop sub-tools panel( up row optional bar) does not show in text, showing in the graphic icon. I have tried resetting preference , But does not work. I use Window 10.

Go to Preferences > Workspace >Condensed and uncheck Enable Narrow Options Bar. Then click OK and close and restart Photoshop.
