Hi I have Mac 10.15.7 and cannot go higher. I hads to uninstall the latest photoshop as it just kept crashing. With support from Adobe the gave a link to photoshop 21.0.0. Had a lot of trouble installing because of antivirus. So just uninstalled my antivirus. Photoshop now installed but when I open any picture I get a black

picture. Any ideas . Regards Ray Wright

I am using a mac mini 2012 . 2.3 ghz Quad Core i7. 8 gb 1600 mhz ddr3. with Intel HD graphics 4000 1536 mb.

Correct answer Lumigraphics

Your computer is BARE minimum specs for running Photoshop. Not enough RAM, slow integrated graphics, and probably a slow hard drive. I would strongly consider upgrading to a newer and faster computer if you need to do graphics work.
